Very disappointed with RDF Logistics! We booked a load with them, and they short-paid us $400. When I emailed to ask for an explanation, they said the deduction was for “not trucking,” which was never communicated to us, and they never provided any proof that we rejected the trucking. Later, when I called, the manager came up with a completely different excuse, saying we had asked for extra money for tarping and that we should be “grateful” for getting paid at all. Unprofessional and unreliable company.
