I found working with Merry to be a very good experience. Always available by phone or email to answer my questions and made the import process very smooth. Helped with getting my business set up with a CARM account. I asked if they could give us a days notice before the shipment arrived and they did. I was happy to pay for their services because it made it so easy for me. I’ll definitely use them again on my next shipment.

Ordered a pump from China and when it arrived this company tried to charge me an extra 500$ in security fees. Don’t use them. Total scam company.

In summary poor communication, hidden fees, late fees, and horirble customer service. I've worked with this company a few times (not by choice) and its been a headache everytime. They never contact you (email/phone) regarding your cargo, either for delays or when it's arrived nor do they update brokers when it's ready for customs. I ended up paying hundreds of dollars in avoidable storage fees, because they failed to inform me that my cargo was already in Canada, despite me emailing every few days.
