Complete waste of my time. I’ve been here three times, and two of those three experiences were terrible. This last visit was the final straw. I went in for an inspection. They filled out all of the paperwork, then told me they couldn’t sign it because the owner had to sign it. Annoying, but fine. They specifically told me to come back at 3:00 PM. I took my car in because the check engine light was on; the code was P0299, indicating a problem with the turbocharger. They ran a diagnostic and told me the issue was the catalytic converter. They made me spend $750 replacing the converter, but the actual problem turned out to be a punctured hose. On top of that, they claimed the turbocharger itself was defective—but the turbo had absolutely nothing wrong with it; it was just the punctured hose that was triggering the code.
