My first year using RDB Lawn and Landscaping. Did a great job all year, very responsive and reliable.
When he did cut our grass he did a good job, but there was so much lack of communication on his end. My husband would text him and he'd never answer back. He was supposed to cut our grass once a week on Mondays. Twice he went over 2 weeks without cutting it and never communicated this with us. And he came on random days during the week. He also claimed that we didn't pay him enough twice, when I had proof of payment both times. Not sure if this is normal for him, but we are highly dissatisfied.
When he come out the first time he did great job, he was suppose to come back the following week. I texted him several times on the day of and he stated that he would be there, I texted him and he replied it would be later in the day before he was to come out, well later in the day came and went, texted him multiple times and got no reply nor did he ever show up.
