I’m really glad this location was added because driving into Houston is so far. This spot is convenient, clean, and the staff is incredibly kind and helpful. Such a great experience!
This location has been a problem for 6 years straight, and nothing has improved not even after the switch from RDA Pro Mart to SalonCentric. You would think a professional supply store would at least keep basic necessities in stock, but this one can’t even provide swatch books for the color lines they actively sell. The store is neglected, disorganized, and consistently understocked. Shelves stay empty for weeks, core items are never available, and every time staff says “we’re restocking,” it ends up being a few random piece... read more
