Beautiful store however they don’t list there prices so you have to either go blind or ask for a price check on every item which in my mind is ridiculous was told by staff it’s an owner policy to ensure we the buyers aren’t price matching armstrongs… I’d love to come here more often but don’t have the time to ask for every price in the store… just gonna go to armstrongs now because of this rule

I used to frequent this location many years ago but stopped going because I had switched color lines and their competitor’s pricing is just much better. However, recently, I decided to stop in to try a new redken product. The front staff was incredibly rude and condescending. We had just recently left the competition just around the corner that is always warm and welcoming and then to walk in to this store was quite the opposite. I accidentally walked in thinking this place was a store for anyone, but was told this place was for professional hair stylists and barber shop owners, and realized I wasn't a certified beautician, lol

I’ve always loved this place but every time I come here lately there’s some new ridiculous rule. They don’t even take returns anymore.
