Do not recommend. Employees nor the managers know their own return policy. Tried to return a curling iron I purchased the previous day. Lizbet says she can’t return it because it’s not defective. It was not opened or used. She then text her manager Melissa and said she couldn’t return it. I’m like according to your own policy it can be returned within 60 days of purchase with the original receipt. Absolutely adore this Salon Centric! Went in anxious after a terrible experience at the 281 location, but this one off Pat Booker is amazing. I was greeted by Laura and Sandra, both incredibly kind ladies who helped me find everything I needed. We had a wonderful conversation and they went above and beyond to make my experience comfortable. They were both incredibly helpful. I will be returning to this location only from now on 😋🫡

This place sucks I called ahead to see if they had any nail products cuz I just needed a quick nail store to get essentials for my client later they said they did and I literally payed money to catch a Uber there and I went and there and they had no nail products not a single one . Waisted my time and money
