Gorgeous!
I bought 2 joico big conditioners thinking one was a shampoo. Went to exchange it & was denied since it’s unsealed, mind you I bought it unsealed, un used & under 30 days. Also receipt says nothing about unsealed shampoo. I’ve spent so much here but today they have lost business with me.

Make sure to review your receipts, or get a price check before your purchase. They are known for marking up prices before sale days. Sale prices ARE ALWAYS WRONG! They NEVER ring up correct. Make sure to catch it before you pay. NO refunds can be processed in storefront. This should not be considered wholesale beauty prices. Their prices are comparable to other retailer’s, or more. This store is filthy dirty. Poor customer service.
The staff is so helpful and have plenty of product knowledge! First time here and I will definitely be back!!
