I am a licensed cosmetologist from Utah and because I don’t have a Texas license they wouldn’t sell me product. That’s a first in my over 26 years that someone won’t sell me products for which I am licensed to use. Luckily there are other places to buy product who WILL sell to a licensed cosmetologist. Shocking. Truly shocking
