Shoddy work. Uses corrupt inspectors to pass substandard homes. Including his personal home which he sold on 2001. 3 separate breakers control the power to the dining room light. 3. Out of 2 boxes where EVERYTHING IS DOUBLE POLE. The switch in the master bedroom for the fan turns off power to the laundry room and the bedroom down the opposite end of the house.
