Rick Davis has a big head. On a closing statement it showed him making the commission payable to me personally instead of the brokerage. I knew at that time I would never do business with RD Title + Exchange I did get along with personal, but not with Rick Davis. He was unprofessional and gave the impression he was someone that was not above board. I always pick up commission checks but I wasn’t allowed to. I have been wanting to leave this review since August last year however I am a very busy small business owner so I am just now getting to it. I close on a good amount of properties every year I am an investor I buy and I wholesale property as well. I received a referral to use Rick Davis so I thought the transaction would go well but it did not. My main issue is how rude and archaic he is.
