ONE OF THE WORST TITLE COMPANIES I HAVE EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF CORRESPONDING WITH. NONPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, AND OVERALL, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. STAY FAR AWAY IF YOU HAVE A TRANSACTION YOU NEED TO GET TO THE FINISH LINE.
Would not recommend using Rick Davis or RD Title to handle any closing. Had to file a title claim to get Rick Davis to take care of items he was responsible for in the closing. Old Republic Title Insurance quickly resolved the issues Rick Davis failed to resolve for almost 8 months. When I later sold the property questing, other issues were identified which Rick Davis failed to identify at the time of me purchasing the property.
OMG...horrific company to work with! Has been rude from the beginning of a transaction, blames everyone else for his incompetence!
