This is my 3rd time booking with Sinal and I have nothing but good things to say. I have been absolutely satisfied with all the services i’ve gotten done by her from eyebrow threading to my lash lift/tint, arm/back waxing and my acne facial. She has always made sure I am comfortable during every service and has taken her time to explain every step and answer any questions I have. I have been going to Urban Trace for over two years now to get hair services(All over color, cut & blowdry, with occasional highlights). Tracy is super attentive tot he needs of her clients and always willing to go the extra mile if you are not happy with service. I appreciate the attention she provides to her clients. The salon is always clean and has a modern vibe. It is always busy in here. If you are looking for a service I would recommend you check this place out.
Tracy is one of the best people I know. She’s been doing my hair for years and years. She’s so friendly and knows hair coloring so well. See you in six/seven weeks!
Sinal did a great job
Sinal is the best I get my eyebrows threaded by her and facials with cupping! She is amazing and always takes her time! I highly recommend getting the organic facial with cupping!
