I had my John Deere lawn tractor in for servicing two years ago and they we great. Just recently I needed a new camshaft and again their service was excellent. I had a talk with the mechanic and learned a few things about shutting off the tractor in high rev, not slow idle, I never realized that. They used a valve cover from another engine that saved me money and didn't have to wait for a new one to be ordered.

Bought an echo egi-1200 generator in December 2021. Within 20hours the engine started using oil. At 50-60 hours it was so bad you could see the blue smoke. Every 3 hours it would shut down from low oil. The so called repair man tried to blame me by saying I overloaded it. Really a 140watts is too much for a 1200watt generator? Echo gave me a replacement which was the same thing all over. Started burning oil and eventually got so low on compression that it wouldn’t start.
