They are not perfect, but I am going to give them 5 stars. They are a small LOCAL !!!! 'Mom and Pop' shop that has been support the Fredericton area for many years. I have bought many items from them over the last X amount of years. If it needs service, they do it. You will probably need to ask questions about $$, don't be afraid.
Engine blew up on my new lawn tractor that had 11.4 hours on it. Took it to them and explained what happened. They went through the proper warranty procedure and within 2 weeks had it back with a new motor in it. Back to mowing the yard.
