Rich is amazing! He actually came out, not having any availability, but wanted to help me avoid making a mistake w/ another plumber. Once he saw the total job, he advised and thought outside the box. He and his crew did a quick fix of the leak but he wouldn’t be available for 3 weeks to do the main job. I decided he was 100% worth waiting for, especially since he stopped my leak then and there. I have an old home that was built in the 1940s, and every service or repair issue is always an adventure. I was looking for a plumber to check my underground sewage pipes, as I was seeing some indications of a void under the house. RD Plumbing came out right away to check to see if we had an issue with an old septic tank, or a problem in the pipes. A camera inspection of the pipes indicated that a full replacement of the underground pipes would be needed, and they referred a great local company to take care of that for us. T... read more
I live in a 24 unit condo and the building has been using Rich for many years, He is very knowledgeable and efficient. He goes above and beyond to fix clogged toilets and even sends camera in the pipes. Rich is fair and reasonably priced I highly recommend using Rich at RD plumbing ! 5 stars
