We highly recommend Rich and his company R&D Paving. After moving into our house 22 years ago, our driveway was in bad shape after years of neglect. Rich came and looked at it and wrote up a contract for us to consider. He was very friendly and not pushy or assertive at all. A few weeks later we hired Rich for the job. He gave us a date he would be able to start working, and it only took one day. We now have a beautiful new driveway! Looks great! Thanks Rich!

Incredibly beautiful work, Honest, Integrity, Reliable company. Amazing crew. They also did extra work for me at no additional charge via was very pleased with their work.

never hired this guy, never will. But I saw him in public today and he’s a terrible driver with little to no manners or awareness of his surroundings. You’d be foolish to hire this guy if his work is anything like his character. Maybe don’t go around being a jerk in your company vehicle.

OVER A YEAR LATER, STILL NO FOLLOW-UP FROM R&D PAVING: While my initial review of R&D Paving was favorable, I needed to delete that review and leave this 1-star review in its place. Unfortunately, some of the asphalt used by R&D Paving to lay my new driveway in April 2025 was not of good quality. I am now left with an unsightly seam and areas of the driveway where the asphalt is disintegrating. I highly recommend R&D Paving. They showed up when they said they would. They worked quickly and meticulously and the end result is even better than I imagined. They were also super nice. Couldn't be happier!!
