R & D by far surpassed my expectations. From the first phone call to the finish. When I first reached out to the owner, Rich, I was away and we spoke for about 20 min. It actually felt as if I was talking to a friend. Within 20 min a contract was sent and signed. Several days later Rich contacted me and gave me a date.
