Had R&D come out in April 2022 to give me a quote on lawncare for the mowing season, some lawn clean up, stick removal etc, as well as some overseeding and mulching of a few bare spots Upon receipt of their pricing, we reached an agreement for the lawn care, I also told them to go ahead on the overseeding and mulching. In the middle of May, I asked the Owner if they had ever done the seeding, to which he responded that they hadn't yet.
