Rd Howard is a Terrible person to have anything to do with. He screwed me over so bad I can't think straight. He rented one of his properties to a man Name Johnathan Torrens I did business with Johnathan unknowingly knowing that Johnathan was behind on his rent fees with Mr Howard.
