If I could give a worse rating, I would. He took over 3 months to resize a ring (he made it several sizes too large!) and added safety chains to 5 various diamond and ruby tennis bracelets and 2 gold bracelets. The chains he added are so small and flimsy you can't hardly see them! I seriously doubt if they're even real gold. The 2 gold bracelets I was given back are NOT the ones I left with him - you KNOW the look and feel of your pieces. I got back much smaller, lighter weight bracelets!! DO NOT TRUST THIS SO-CALLED JEWELER WITH YOUR JEWELRY! He shaved gold off of two gold bracelets we left with him. He was only supposed to attach gold safety chains on them. Even the safety chains are a total rip off because they are sooooo THIN.
Found this quaint little jewelry shop... now I take all my jewelry there for repairs
I would like to say Mr. Miller was great in taking care and repairing of my daughter's diamond and emerald bracelet.im sure it was a tough job, but he got it done. Mr. Miller has done work for me in the past and I trust him in his work and craftsmanship. I highly recommend his services.
