I had a Casablanca ceiling fan/light that suddenly stopped working. After contacting the company, they gave me instructions on how to trouble shoot it, but it did not work. We then had a contractor working at our house try to figure it out, but he couldn't either. Within 5 minutes, Rick was able to fix the problem, so simply, it was shocking. He is brilliant.
