My grandson bought a car from RD Cars, it was sold without warranty and that is fine, it was an inexpensive vehicle. Sadly, it was sold with a major gearbox fault which became apparent the next day. Despite rejecting the vehicle under the 2015 Consumer Act which states cars must be fit for purpose, this one is not.
