5 Star for RD Appliances. The customer service surpassed my expectations. They had the dryer I needed in stock, helped me make sure it was the correct fix my space, the checkout was seamless, and they were so friendly. They had a delivery service that showed up on time with a smooth setup. I will definitely use their service again.
Schedule appointments takes two days, then they call the day of appointment and cancel. I understand things happen but then they cant give me another appointment for 5 days. Are you kidding? I guess only one repair man working for the entire company.....I will skip this company! PS this was for a refrigerator repair....
