My axle shafts were delayed for over two months, and the communication up to that point had been frustrating, especially with a major wheeling trip coming up. After my review, Josh from RCV sales reached out and handled the situation. He apologized, got the axles overnighted so I had them in time for my trip, and even included a free T-shirt. I ordered a critical transmission part from RCV and paid over 2 months ago with a promised delivery of 2-4 weeks. That date slipped multiple times without proactive updates, each time I had to chase for information, despite asking them to notify me of any further delays. My car is undriveable in the meantime. After the latest escalation, I was told it will take “4–6 weeks” more, which is far too vague after several missed dates.
