I ordered a critical transmission part from RCV and paid over 2 months ago with a promised delivery of 2-4 weeks. That date slipped multiple times without proactive updates, each time I had to chase for information, despite asking them to notify me of any further delays. My car is undriveable in the meantime. After the latest escalation, I was told it will take “4–6 weeks” more, which is far too vague after several missed dates. You guys are AWESOME!!! Not too many companies stand behind their product like RCV does and your customer service is the best I have ever worked with! Not only did you replace my axle shaft and joint under warranty after I broke them on the Rubicon, you shipped them immediately in order for me to be able to fix my Jeep in time for a 5 day run in Big Bear, CA! I'll send pics!
