2022 I’ve been doing studies at RCTS since 2018, I’d like to give five stars for the front staff, doctors, incentives & amount of studies there are but unfortunately I have to give one star because the supervisor over recruiting is so rude whether she’s screening you or if you call to make a complaint and her male supervisor is even worse! He deferred me for calling him to make a complaint on her! Also, some comfy chairs in waiting area would be nice. 2025 update- RCTS is now ALS and they got me re enrolled! Great place to make money testing out lotions and creams. Real easy to do and the staff is super friendly
