Great place. Love their studies and the staff is wonderful.
2022 I’ve been doing studies at RCTS since 2018, I’d like to give five stars for the front staff, doctors, incentives & amount of studies there are but unfortunately I have to give one star because the supervisor over recruiting is so rude whether she’s screening you or if you call to make a complaint and her male supervisor is even worse! He deferred me for calling him to make a complaint on her! Also, some comfy chairs in waiting area would be nice. 2025 update- RCTS is now ALS and they have all new recruiting staff!!
