I met one of the employees in public today and he was the rudest and most unprofessional person I met. This speaks volumes about their company.
If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would. Terrible customer service, very poor manners and respect towards potential clients. No wonder why they don't have a single good review on here.
I found RCS Security on the Russound whole house audio website. Ray did make a visit to my house with the intention of improving the audio to our pool. However, he never followed up. I called the office 7 times and spoke with a non-customer service oriented lady named Amy and each time she said she would deliver the message. Never did she call back to say she spoke with Ray and he will get back to you, even though I requested some sort of response on each call. "Bush League" operation.
Please be aware that there is a hidden annual contract in the fine print and you will be penalized for early termination.
