Incredibly poor experience. They set expectations for what they could do to help us (which was a diagnosis, which is what I needed- nothing else), didn’t communicate when they wouldn’t be able to fulfil what they said they would do when they said it would be done, I had to follow up numerous times and the answer amounted to “maybe you’ll hear back from us soon”. Eventually when I collected it they added oil and spark plugs to an engine that couldn’t be fixed for weeks (they did not tell or ask me about doing it). When I voic... read more
