We have used this service for the past several years and have been very satisfied. However, this year one of his staff members accidentally spilled a can of paint on my driveway and informed me that the company would come back, and power wash the driveway. It has been 3 months with several phone calls and vague promises to get the work done. Now no one calls us back at all.

I requested a quote and was given one. Stephen told me he would arrive the next day between 7:30-8:00 a.m. to complete the job. He did not show up or respond to my text and phone call as to why he did not show up.

This is my second season with RCS for my gutters. Stephen was very communicative in coordinating the job. Work was performed in a timely manner. Very satisfied and would recommend.
