Matt from RCS was awesome. He showed up early, was polite and installed the new garage door opener system with no delays or mess left behind. He took the time to explain the new phone app with me, helped me set up our vehicles to respond to the new system and answered all my questions while making me feel my satisfaction was of the utmost importance to him. We booked RCS Garage door after shopping around and getting quotes from 3 competitors. The sales team stood out and helped us choose what was best for our project. After booking, the door arrived in the quoted 2 week time which was perfect since we are expecting our first child any day. The contractor on our job missed a small piece so when the team showed up to install the garge door, the structure was not ready. Five-star experience from scheduling the appointment to the service call. Matt was great to work with (and my garage door wasn't really broken). He spent time explaining what happened, inspected my door to make sure everything else was working properly and even installed a remote opener (I thought I would have to schedule a second appointment). I am definitely a RCS customer for life, and you should be too!
