Rusty and Lynnea are an amazing team who work seamlessly together to provide quality service. They have gone out of their way for me twice, once to install a pellet stove on my houseboat which is no easy task, and again to provide proper, overdue repair and maintenance. On each occasion they impressed me with their combined knowledge, honesty, clear explanations and expectations, and ease of scheduling. I highly recommend contacting RCS for any work you wish to have done on your stove or fireplace.
Lynnea and Rusty are awesome! We had them install our new venting system and wood burning fireplace. From start to finish communication was great and the end product turned out just as we envisioned. Any questions I had about framing and masonry prior to stove and pipe install they were there to answer them. Glad we chose to go with RCS to complete this scope of work.
I have had RCS clean my fireplace every year since 2019 when we moved into a house with a propane fireplace. They do a fantastic job every year. I use my fireplace ALL the time and it's nice knowing it is in good condition and cleaned up every year for the upcoming fall/winter.

Rusty has been the most honest and reliable pellet stove repair person we have used for over 12 years. Just this last winter couldn’t get Rusty out quickly. And almost got taken by another company. Said our 18 yr old stove would cost at least $1,000.00 to try to fix , and then no guarantees would work anyway. Insisted on ordering new stove $10,000.00 Rusty had me order parts from Amazon $30 proof of fire switch. New fan $79 SH $15 tax $102.31 total.
