RCS Fireplace is simply the best! I've used RCS Fireplace several times now, and I can't say enough good things about this company—or its amazing owners, Rusty and Lynnea. Out of all the fireplace stores I contacted, RCS was the only one willing to work on my existing fireplace (which I bought elsewhere). My pilot light needed replacing. I bought a gas fireplace from Rich's and could not get a tech to come look at the pilot light for a few months. I was able to call RCS and get in their schedule within a week. This is a small family business that cares about their customers. They replaced the pilot light and cleaned up when they were done. I will use them again. I like to support the local Auburn businesses where I live.

I have been a regular customer of RCS for about the last 7-10 years and have previously been very satisified by their service. Up until my most recent visit which occurred in December, I have found them to be reliable, fairly priced and service-oriented. I tend to be a very loyal customer when working with service providers, so it was a no-brainer for me to schedule a service visit with RCS when our fireplace began acting up and couldn't stay lit. My wife and I were replacing our tired old gas fireplace insert. We shopped three different stores and found out that our original insert was installed incorrectly and was a fire hazard. RCS was the only company that was willing to do the entire installation job including correcting the fire hazard. The other companies said I needed to find a secondary contractor to repair the fire hazard then they would come install the their insert. After extensive searching and contacting three other fireplace installer/servicers I decided to go with RCS. Lynnea's customer service was spectacular and Rusty's willingness to work with me is exactly what I look for in a business. Cannot recommend them enough!
