I have been a regular customer of RCS for about the last 7-10 years and have previously been very satisified by their service. Up until my most recent visit which occurred in December, I have found them to be reliable, fairly priced and service-oriented. My wife and I were replacing our tired old gas fireplace insert. We shopped three different stores and found out that our original insert was installed incorrectly and was a fire hazard. RCS was the only company that was willing to do the entire installation job including correcting the fire hazard. The other companies said I needed to find a secondary contractor to repair the fire hazard then they would come install the their insert. After extensive searching and contacting three other fireplace installer/servicers I decided to go with RCS. Lynnea's customer service was spectacular and Rusty's willingness to work with me is exactly what I look for in a business. Cannot recommend them enough!
These folks are wonderful to work with! Lynnea discussed all the options with me and came up with an affordable insert that would work well in our existing fireplace. She's very friendly and accommodating, really a joy to work with, and Rusty did a great job installing the Enviro fireplace. I very highly recommend them!
You definitely can't go wrong with this company, fair price, knowledgeable staff, Rusty the service technician knows what he's doing and talking about. Great company! Thanks Don.
