I purchased a new computer from John about 3 weeks ago. I had issues connecting to my home internet. John worked on my problem, even going out of his way and making a house call. He determined my network adapter, from my old PC was bad. John suggested we connect our T-Mobile tower directly to my new PC, eliminating the need for the network adapter. Problem solved! Highly recommend. Quick service. Great pricing. Very professional. PC issues? Stop at RCS and give them a chance.

This place offers great service if you are looking for help with computers. I had purchased a computer from them in 2010 and when it finally bit the dust 10 years later, John was able to get me set up with a new one quickly. He was able to work with me to get everything off of my old computer that I needed and has been more than willing to offer his support services in the future if I have any problems.
