Leaving this a bit late but wanted to say this was the easiest purchase for a car I’ve ever made. The staff were attentive and I had some time pressure to secure the vehicle before the upcoming weekend. The team at RCS got all my paperwork sorted and completed a valet within a few hours. Fantastic experience from start to finish! I bought a Skoda from Mike and the whole process was completely hassle-free, taking around five days in total. The car went through a fresh MOT and had three advisories, all of which were fixed immediately without me even needing to ask — really impressive service. I’ve always been a bit skeptical about buying from independent garages due to past bad experiences, but this has completely changed my mind. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back and would 100% recommend them. Very happy!
