Doing the complete job and doing it right I actually work for RC's Auto Repair, and I think we do a good job of diagnosing vehicles. I also think we do well at giving the customer a complete list of what should be replaced. For instance: when replacing a timing belt the water pump, timing belt tensioner & idler, camshaft & crankshaft seals should also be replaced when doing that type of job.
