On August 23, 2025, Lowe’s contracted RCR Construction (later to find out that RCR has bad reviews, some connected to LOWES) to install a new fence and gate at our property. Our credit card was charged the full amount ($2,765.95) eight days BEFORE the scheduled installation. The work performed is unacceptable and appears fraudulent: They damaged and destroyed our concrete. The installed fence is wobbly and improperly secured.
