This company is very professional and efficient. I am very pleased with the work that was done on my roof. I would recommend them to other customers.
Throughout the entire process, professionalism was sorely lacking. The company failed to communicate effectively, rarely returning phone calls or responding to emails in a timely manner. Their disorganized approach left me feeling frustrated and ignored. It was clear that they did not value my time or concerns. Save your money and hire someone else to help you. #AvoidAtAllCosts
Roberto was great to work with. He handled my roof, gutter and window repairs. He was proffesional and kept me updated on timelines and progress of the work. He also noticed other issues not related to the scope of work he was involved in but he went ahead and fixed them for me for no additional cost. Thank you so much Roberto and crew.
When you have friends and family writing your reviews that should be a red flag enough. Hired at the end of July to complete a 3 week max job, but kept getting the run around of why he could not do the job. Turns out just because you have a LLC, does not mean you are a legit company. The first red flag was when they installed a vanity to the sheetrock, when it was supposed to be textured painted before hand.
