Recently moved to Nanaimo, mostly worked with Ladysmith plumbers but all busy. Phoned R + Co to help was able to get help relatively fast. Our system washing machine was backing up into the kitchen sink. Cleaned it up and said it would be good. The plumber then suggested that we replace the basket in the kitchen sink. We used to sell these in our hardware store but said to go ahead. installed with great care and to prevent future leaks. Good job.
Excellent service. A job I thought would easily take 3-4hrs took less than 2 including a trip the supply house. Highly recommend.

Honestly, from the start of making the appointment to get our hot water tank replaced, to them cleaning up and leaving, these guys are the definition of professionals. The team was super friendly, polite, and showed clear respect for our staff and our building while efficiently getting their job done. Will use R+co again!!
