Saul and his guys installed gutters on my parent's home. The price seemed reasonable (< $900). However after only a few weeks, we noticed that one of the gutters was draining TOWARD the house. I called him. He said he would return to repair it. He didn't. I called again. This time, he asked me to send a pic. I did. He said he would come by to redo it. He didn't. Since then, at lease one of the gutters has come loose. I'm not going to bother to call him, since he clearly doesn't do what he says he will.
