Excellent service! It was quick to set up an appointment to get my damaged spring repaired. Jared the technician arrived on time and was extremely professional, honest and helpful. He was very thorough in explaining everything and finished the job swiftly with no mess. I was extremely pleased.

Tech John arrived on time, did the work fast and completed the task quickly and efficiently! He was friendly and left no mess. He also stapled a loose wire left from the initial installation to ensure it was not getting in the way, and also repositioned the sensor to a more appropriate location. He also recommended lubricating the springs at least once a year, as well as bearings - that is a great idea and makes sense. This is my second time working with this company, and I would recommend them to others very highly!
