This shop is very understanding i made a purchase which was a mistake on my part and the helped me out and refunded my purchase without issue i highly reccomend this store
Don't buy anything on line from these guys, they take your money and sell you product they don't actually have, then leave you waiting on a refund

I think I was told there was a show room/ shop, but it is online only, but you can collect from there Rolleston address. There is no show room but I did meet the owner who was very pleasant and told me about how it all worked.
