The first product I ordered from the same brand was unavailable because it had been 'recalled by the supplier due to quality issues'. However, the second ($141) model I received also had quality issues, with parts falling off. The resolution offered by RCNZ was unsatisfactory, telling me to 'send it back to us and we’ll see what we can do with the supplier'. This is not the service I was expecting "Buying Local". I hope they can improve their product quality control , customer service, and ability to accept and resolve fault... read more
