I’ve had a great experience with RCMC in Rancho Cucamonga. The staff is welcoming, knowledgeable, and truly supportive. Cindy and Amber are amazing—they really care about your progress. Thanks to their guidance, I’ve lost 20 pounds and kept it off. Sariah, the owner, is also incredibly helpful and hands-on. The shots I receive for immune support and metabolism have been a great addition to my routine. Highly recommend RCMC if you’re looking to improve your health and feel supported along the way!

RCMC has changed my life completely. I wish I would have found the sooner. Nonetheless, with just 5 weeks into the program I’ve lost 10 lbs and I honestly couldn’t have done it without cindy and the rcmc group! Cynthia at RCMC is THE BEST! In 4 weeks I have lost 12 lbs! I feel amazing and o couldn’t have done it without her amazing support. She check in regularly, offers support and made the process comfortable and inviting.
