Whoever that Saundrea M. Grant-Murray (low/no class) woman is, needs to be FIRED!!!!! I have an entire recorded conversation in which I was yelled at, cut off and berated like a I'm her child. 50+ years old and I let her know that and she went on about how she is 65 years old. When I was trying to explain to her what I was told by USAA, she became upset, cut me off and said, 'I don't want to hear it". The entire time she yelled and and would NOT stop talking while I talked. You all can't be serious. I am demanding an apology... read more

My experience with RCM Restoration Services has been one of the most frustrating and unprofessional contractor interactions I’ve ever had. RCM was hired for water mitigation at my home in Riverdale, GA. What I actually received was equipment dropped off, equipment picked up, and nothing else. No demolition, no antimicrobial treatment, no debris removal, no monitoring, no labor — none of the services listed in their estimate were performed. Our family home was almost completely destroyed in a fire, and we didn’t know where to turn. RCM Restoration responded with incredible speed and support. Thanks to them, we’re back in our house today — and it’s even more beautiful than before.
