Terrible experience. I do not recommend this agency. My son has been working with a paraprofessional for about two months, and we have experienced ongoing problems from the beginning. The paraprofessional is frequently absent, arrives late, and often provides excuses for missed shifts. As a result, my son has missed a significant amount of support time. I had a great experience working with supervisor Kristina during my CF year. She was incredibly supportive, always responsive to texts and calls, and consistently available whenever I needed guidance. Her observation feedback and advice were thoughtful, practical, and really helped me grow as a clinician. I’m very grateful for her mentorship and support throughout my CF experience!
This company PLUS the coordinators are very nasty ! I have a coordinator named “James” he sends me a text on Thursday June 11th and asks me if I can take a case: I express to him i will let him know “i will give him a call once I am at my destination” keep in mind i was outside moving around heading somewhere. Waste of time.
From my point of view, I wouldn’t suggest applying to RCM. From my experience their communication is horrible!!, Once I got hired everything was going smooth with paperwork, fingerprints and orientation. Until it was time for me to get a case, All they did was send out emails about facilities that needed DSP’s and whenever you try and email them back and get the case it’s either been taken or you get no response and this happened so many times.
