We needed a custom piece of glass for a bar fridge, and tried several sources. Some were terribly expensive, others had an estimated production time of three weeks or more. Rob advised he would have it in a week. It was actually ready even earlier and at the lowest price of any quotes we received. Outstanding customer service.
