My car battery was dying and I was afraid I wouldn’t make it home. I drove to RCM, no appointment, and Bobby took care of everything. I wasn’t expecting him to change out the battery or even work on my car, especially since it was already about 4:30 and I showed up unannounced. I figured I could leave it and he could work on it tomorrow. But, he asked what happened, ran a diagnostics check and confirmed the issue. The service and customer service I received at RCM Automotive was one one of the more superior experiences I’ve had. They were considerate and efficient. They also took the time to explain to me exactly what the issues were and the next steps to take. Happy to have found a trustworthy shop to go to for all of my car’s needs! 100% recommend!
Bob at RCM is great! I recommend RCM to everyone. Bob is honest and explains everything in great detail. He even shared pictures. I would give him more stars, but only allowed 5! I recommend you to reach out to him if you are having any car issues. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
