Having been no stranger to work crews in our house, the experience we had with RCL was by far the best and smoothest one we have had. They said 8am, they were here by 8am; they said finish by 4:30 so we could bring our dogs home from doggy daycare, they were done by 4:30; they said they would clean up, the place was left meticulous; they projected 8 days and they were done in five! Our basement flooded in two different places, Ricardo's team did an amazing job of locating and resolving problems as well pointing out some frankly crazy things the builder did which may have been causing damage to the foundation. The restoration work was top of class. Delighted with the work had great conversations and will definitely use him again for other projects in our home.
