I am becoming an old man.... I really needed to find something that was challenging and new. After some tragedy and some for thought I joined this gym. Now I go like 3-4 days a week. I miss my bjj family on the off days. This place is winding my clock back and giving me a whole new skill set.
I had a nice experience and I lost some weight I’m really happy with the results, I really recommend this place , if anyone wants to lose weight this is the best place to go to
