RecommendedThis is a gem in a business full of cut glass. While there, the three people in the waiting room went on and on about the place. The manager personally showed me where to park my coach. Every person I met was impressive. I never rave about RV shops because they almost always disappoint me in some way. This is a first. Fantastic service. Fantastic people. On 8-30-2019, we were on our way to Florida. We took a side trip to Warner Robins Airforce Base to look at the museum. Our motorhome developed a major problem with an AC unit on top. I looked on the Internet for a place to work on it and used the tow vehicle to find the shop. I got there at 7am and the shop did not open till 8, but I saw a lady and asked if I could ask her a question. She was very nice and turned out to be the manager . AWESOME is what they are! Michelle, took great care having a new roof put on our rv. Andrea, is the only way to go if you need any warranty work done. We had a list of things we wanted done and within one month we had our rv back better than when we drove it off the lot. Thanks so much!

We have been with Michelle Fernandez ,manager of RCI XL, since 2002 when we purchased our current coach. She and her team have ALWAYS provided us with quality service at a reasonable price in a most timely fashion. We have NEVER been disappointed in the service.
