I applied for a job as one of their vacation specialists and they told me I got the job only for them to tell me that they can’t go forward with hiring me(even though they already told me I got the job) because they said I worked there before (I just had an interview but never actually worked there) I’ve heard they rip off their customers as well so I’m kinda glad I don’t work there
This company is horrible. They nickel & dime their members to death. The turnover is outrageous. There’s a different answer depending on which supervisor you speak with. Keeping the members confused seems better. The hours are horrendous & the quality of life is minuscule. Portraying a company that cares about their staff & their members is absolutely absurd. As an ex-employee i can say that this company is only interested in taking your money. The boast of the benefits you receive from them but we've all heard the stories of the headaches that RCI causes... Also ironic that they claim to have better benefits that Expedia for example and it makes it's employees book through that service.
