I received an email on 26AUG2025 from a Bob Wallace. He had asked where I was living. So I called him immediately and left a voicemail. Then when I got back to my hotel, I emailed him. I haven't heard anything since. Note to the CEO and others in charge: If you don't want people to mark you as SPAM, then someone should reach out and/or follow up with people you have contacted.

Working with RC has been an easy and super alternative to the traditional search firms. We used RCI for multiple positions over the last 6 months or so. They have been very proactive. It's a super hard market for plumbers and trades folk. They always managed to set expectations correctly and get us candidate flow. Infinitely better than posting and praying strategy.

Great experience with RCI, the team is proactive, great at communication and expectation setting. We tried recruiting on our own for almost 2 months with only one unqualified candidate.
