Stay Away!!!!! Bad company to deal with. It'll cost you $$$$ , I spent $7000 to have propery cleaned and repaired after a total trashing from renters . Where were the property managers????????

Houston's Best Property managers... – We have been long time investors all over the country and this team definitely serves us better than any other we have found. We have 4 duplexes all over the Houston area, some in quite "troubled" places and while there are always some difficulties, they always handle it with efficiency and respect. We have been with them for over 3 years now and have no plans to ever leave! Thanks, Dual Real Estate!

THIS COMAPNY IS THE WORST!!!!!! – THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST!!!! if i could give them ZERO stars.... I WOULD They sit back and collect money every month but they can't even invest in a telephone service. EMAIL is the only way to reach them. THEY ARE LAZY AND RUDE. our hot water has been out for almost a week and I told them I wanted it done today and they spitefully had someone scheduled to come out tomorrow. Great Service! – I love these guys! We were renting a house managed by them, but then the owners decided to sell the house at the end of our lease. We were so upset, because we loved the area we were living in and didn't want to move. They were managing another house near where we were living and helped us through getting a new lease on our current house. They even helped us get a discount for a moving truck! OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE – I have been a longtime property investor and owner and this is a top quality outfit. Easy to work with and rapid email responses. My only regret is that they don't have offices in other locations. Highly recommended!

Dural Real Estate – I can not say strongly enought that this is a management company you HAVE TO STAY AWAY FROM! At first all was fine, but as the months went on our income property become more and more mismanaged. Every monthly statement had serious mistakes that we had to call Tom/owner about, we were never making a profit, any repairs were extremely over inflated, our tenants began to call us because their calls to Dual were not being returned or addressed in a timely manner. I DO NOT recommend this company!!! – A very bad experience! The response was fast, but the unit didn't rent for several months. The unit was never cleaned as promised (fee refunded after a while). They let me get out of the service, but once I wasn't a client anymore, it took them more than 3 months to give a refund for things they offered to refund.
