We had the opportunity to work with John Gall on a real estate opportunity he sent us a few months ago earlier this year. I sent John Gall a Contract for one of his listings. We negotiated and he verbally accepted and agreed to a price. He stated he would have the contract to me by the morning. John Gall stalled on sending me the executed contract for 3days then, called back to tell me they have a higher offer! This is not a good practice. One should not be entertaining other offers after they agree to an offer. Just because the the contract wasn't executed doesn't mean that was acceptable behavior. Shame on you John Gall. Do better!
