My Expedition was in a front-end collision that required the replacement of the hood, bumper, grille, and one fender. RCI replaced and repaired everything affected by the accident and it came out looking better than before. I went ahead and paid extra to have the entire truck painted and the paint came out practically flawless as well. The prep and body work was definitely on point. Great Experience/Great Work/Happy Customer – Couldn't ask for a better experience. I know people only write reviews when they are mad but I'm a firm believer in sharing a good experience also. It's a tough thing to deal with when you get in an accident but the staff at RCI really helped to make it as easy and painfree as possible. EXCELLENT BODY SHOP!!! – I hit a deer 2 weeks ago and had lots of damage. I had heard from a friend that RCI did a fantastic job on her car. My insurance company tried to get me to go to some shop closer to my house but I told them I wanted the car to go to RCI and they had to comply. My car was done very quickly and it looks beautiful.
