I will never recommend RCI. I've had two vehicles repaired there and both times the car had to go back in a 2nd time to get fixed right. The first car the paint started cracking and coming off the bumper cover. They took it back in and fixed it, but it should never had been a problem in the first place. The second car they completely failed to match the paint color. What they painted looked more pink than the red on the rest of the car. My Expedition was in a front-end collision that required the replacement of the hood, bumper, grille, and one fender. RCI replaced and repaired everything affected by the accident and it came out looking better than before. I went ahead and paid extra to have the entire truck painted and the paint came out practically flawless as well. The prep and body work was definitely on point. Great Experience/Great Work/Happy Customer – Couldn't ask for a better experience. I know people only write reviews when they are mad but I'm a firm believer in sharing a good experience also. It's a tough thing to deal with when you get in an accident but the staff at RCI really helped to make it as easy and painfree as possible. They came to my work and picked my car up for me since i couldnt take off. They called me several times to inform me about my repairs and how far along my car was in the process. EXCELLENT BODY SHOP!!! – I hit a deer 2 weeks ago and had lots of damage. I had heard from a friend that RCI did a fantastic job on her car. My insurance company tried to get me to go to some shop closer to my house but I told them I wanted the car to go to RCI and they had to comply. My car was done very quickly and it looks beautiful. I think it is even better than before the deer hit. And they cleaned everything so nicely, even on the inside. It smells fantastic! Thanks RCI. I RECEIVED GREAT SERVICE AND GOT A GREAT PRICE TOO. I CALLED AROUND FIRST AND THEIR PRICE WAS THE BEST. THE PEOPLE THERE ARE VERY NICE. THE PLACE LOOKS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CLEAN. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM FOR SURE. THEY ARE LOCATED NEXT TO RCI BODY SHOP ON CORDER ROAD NEAR LEVERETT RD.
